Lawful basis of processing

Sarah Turner Graphics has a legitimate interest to process information such as email addresses, company addresses, phone numbers, and emails, as necessary to offer our services and carry out necessary business proceedings. We may use information such as business addresses, and names, for our invoices that may be kept for financial records. We also store past information provided to us by you, such as emails and purchase orders, so we can refer back to job histories, agreements, contracts, and to have on record should any legal issues arise in the future. Cookies
Cookies are small files sent from a webpage that are stored on a user’s computer by the user’s web browser. Web browsers provide their users with the ability to manage their stored cookies, as well as delete them.
sarahturnergraphics.com is hosted through Squarespace. Squarespace offers the option to use analytic and performance cookies to provide their clients with information such as traffic data.
To receive an accurate representation of traffic data, Squarespace users have the option to use cookies to track/record unique users. For example, if it is your first time visiting a website that uses analytic cookies, your IP address may be recognised as a new user. When you return to the website, your IP address would then be recognised as someone returning to the site rather than counting you as a new user. This would then be reflected in the sites traffic data.
Sarah Turner Graphics has disabled this feature by Squarespace, and so does not use cookies for analytics, or keep an active activity log of its visitors.
